VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Technician (Innovation and Continuous Improvement) to support sourcing opportunities and foster forward-thinking approaches in a NATO context. Location is Mons, Belgium, with NATO security clearance requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, implementing agile methodologies, and ensuring governance alignment with ESOC strategies for innovation and sourcing.

Qualifications

• Experience in ITIL Service Operations in an Operations Centre or similar environment.
• Ability to work within a large corporate setting with matrixed teams.
• Additional training or certifications in ITIL/PM methodologies are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to explore sourcing opportunities and promote forward-thinking approaches.
• Assist in implementing agile work practices and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with governance and strategies for innovation and sourcing within ESOC.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience OR a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience ;
• Practical experience in the implementation of ITIL Service Operations processes, preferably in an Operations Centre environment ;
• Experience working in a large corporate environment with matrixed structures .

Desirable:

• PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile PM or equivalent ;
• ITIL V3 or 4 Foundation or equivalent ;
• ITIL CSI or Six Sigma Green belt or equivalent .

Duties/role:

• Providing support to explore sourcing opportunities and foster a culture of forward ‑ thinking approaches ;
• Assisting in implementing agile work practices and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders ;
• Ensuring alignment with established governance and strategies regarding innovation and sourcing within ESOC .
