Vector Synergy in Belgium seeks an experienced SATCOM engineer with a university degree in telecommunications or related field and 3+ years in SATCOM, including UHF/SHF. Knowledge of NATO/NCIA structures a plus, as is experience with architecture principles and link budgets.

Role involves reviewing project documentation for two projects, defining scope, and developing a Proposal Development Plan with schedule, deliverables, and stakeholder mapping. NATO/NCIA context preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree with 2+ years post-related exp or HV training with 5+ years post-related exp.
• At least 3 years practical experience in SATCOM including UHF/SHF.
• Strong knowledge of SATCOM architecture: link budgets, modulation, coding, satellite topologies.

Responsabilités

• Review available programme documentation for two Projects (architectures, requirements, constraints, data);
• Confirm scope boundaries, assumptions, dependencies, and out-of-scope items for both projects;
• Produce and maintain a Proposal Development Plan with schedule, deliverables, information requests, review gates, and stakeholder map.
