UNIQUE in Belgium is seeking a Contract Manager to coordinate maintenance contracts, ensure service commitments are fulfilled and supervise invoicing, renewals and amendments. You will act as the operational reference for contract information, support engineers, coordinate subcontractors and manage escalations while identifying risks and opportunities for continuous service improvement.

This role focuses on Service Delivery, reporting and performance monitoring in a collaborative environment

Responsabilités

• Coordinate maintenance contracts and ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled.
• Plan and follow up preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate service reviews, reporting activities and follow-up actions.
• Monitor maintenance invoicing, renewals and contract amendments.
• Maintain contract documentation, service procedures and operational records throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Act as the operational reference for maintenance contracts and contract-related information across the company.
• Support engineers and internal teams with contract-related questions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure service activities are properly tracked.
• Support customer communication and manage operational escalations when required.
• Identify risks, priorities and improvement opportunities before they impact service management.
