Tein Technology is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery & Contract Manager to coordinate maintenance contracts across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will oversee contract commitments and drive efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Join us to plan preventive maintenance, monitor renewals, maintain documentation, and support engineers with contract-related questions while coordinating subcontractors and managing customer communications.

Qualifications

• Coordinate maintenance contracts and ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled.
• Plan and follow up preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate service reviews, reporting activities and follow-up actions.

Responsabilités

• Monitor maintenance invoicing, renewals and contract amendments.
• Maintain contract documentation, service procedures and operational records throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Act as the operational reference for maintenance contracts and contract-related information across the company.
• Support engineers and internal teams with contract-related questions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure service activities are properly tracked.
• Support customer communication and manage operational escalations when required.
• Identify risks, priorities and improvement opportunities before they impact service management.
