Visiblie helps brands become visible in traditional search and AI answers. More and more people ask ChatGPT and other AI chatbots before they open Google. Brands need content these systems can find, understand, and cite. We work with B2B companies and are expanding the team.
We are hiring a Senior SEO & GEO Lead to own how our clients show up in both search engines and AI answers, and shape how we deliver this work as we grow.
This is a hands-on delivery and client-facing role. Not audits that sit in a folder. Not strategy handed off without follow-through. You will set the direction, make sure the work gets done and published to a high standard, and work directly with clients to turn recommendations into progress.
Customer success is part of the job, not someone else's responsibility. We want someone who enjoys client conversations, can explain their work clearly, and takes ownership of whether clients understand the plan and get value from it.
The job
Lead SEO and GEO delivery for a portfolio of B2B clients, from the first audit to ongoing optimisation. Work closely with the founders and client teams to turn visibility data into clear priorities, practical roadmaps, and published improvements.
Build a delivery approach that scales beyond you. Explain how you work, document repeatable workflows, and turn them into SOPs that writers, freelancers, client teams, and future hires can follow.
What you will own
SEO & GEO strategy and delivery
- Lead SEO and GEO delivery across a portfolio of B2B clients, from discovery and audits through implementation and ongoing optimisation.
- Turn visibility data into clear priorities and a practical roadmap for each client.
- Balance technical foundations, content, and authority-building opportunities around each client's goals.
- Own follow-through: recommendations need to become work that gets implemented, checked, and published.
Content direction and quality
- Direct content production with clear briefs, editorial standards, and quality control across writers, freelancers, and client teams.
- Use strong writing and editing judgement to make content useful, accurate, and easy for search engines and AI systems to understand.
- Give actionable feedback and hold the work to a consistent standard before it goes live.
- Use AI tools and automated workflows to improve production without lowering quality.
Technical foundations
- Own the technical foundations that help search engines and AI systems crawl, read, and interpret a site, including structured data and clean, extractable page structure.
- Work hands-on with HTML and CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or Framer.
- Coordinate with developers and agencies when implementation needs their support. Explain the fix, why it matters, and how to check it.
Client relationships and customer success
- Be a day-to-day point of contact for your clients. Lead progress calls, explain priorities, answer questions, and keep expectations clear.
- Help client teams understand what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what they need to contribute.
- Keep delivery moving: follow up on inputs, approvals, and blockers rather than waiting for someone else to chase them.
- Track whether clients are getting value, surface concerns early, and work with the founders to resolve them.
- Translate technical findings into plain language. Good delivery includes a client who understands the work and trusts the next step.
Workflows, SOPs, and team enablement
- Explain your workflows clearly enough that someone else can understand and repeat them.
- Turn recurring work into practical SOPs, templates, checklists, and quality standards—not documentation nobody uses.
- Document the steps, tools, inputs, outputs, and checks behind audits, research, content briefs, implementation, and reporting.
- Help writers, freelancers, and teammates apply those workflows, and improve them based on what happens in delivery.
- Work with the founders to improve our processes and tools as the team and client base grow.
Measurement and reporting
- Track search visibility and organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and relevant SEO and GEO tools.
- Turn results into clear updates for clients and the founders: what changed, what we learned, and what happens next.
- Keep measurement grounded. Be clear about what the data shows, what is uncertain, and where we need to test further.
You are a great fit if you
- Have 5+ years of SEO experience, with hands-on technical and content work.
- Have a real interest in AI search, with GEO experience or the ability and motivation to learn it quickly.
- Can set direction and execute. You do not stop at an audit or a strategy deck.
- Have fluent, professional English, strong writing and editing skills, and the judgement to set quality standards for others.
- Have experience directing writers or freelancers and giving feedback that improves the work.
- Use AI tools and automated workflows in SEO or content production.
- Are comfortable with HTML, structured data, and a CMS such as Webflow, WordPress, or Framer.
- Have solid working knowledge of Google Search Console and GA4.
- Enjoy working directly with clients. You are comfortable leading calls, explaining results simply, managing expectations, and taking responsibility for customer success.
- Can explain how you work and turn that knowledge into clear, usable SOPs. Your process does not live only in your head.
- Have experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-moving startup environment.
- Are organised, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
Nice to have
- Experience with SEO platforms and site crawlers such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Knowledge of semantic SEO: topical authority, entity optimisation, and content networks.
- Experience measuring brand visibility in AI answers, including prompt-based tracking.
- Site architecture and information design for new or growing websites.
- Technical performance work, including Core Web Vitals.
- Conversion optimisation for lead-generation pages and forms.
- Off-site authority building, including digital PR, brand mentions, and citations.
- International or multilingual SEO.
- Local SEO, including Google Business Profile.
- Light scripting or automation for data pulls and reporting, for example Python or APIs.
- Experience briefing developers and agencies on technical fixes.
- Experience supporting sales with audits, proposals, and client presentations.
This is not for you if
- You want a purely behind-the-scenes SEO role without regular customer contact.
- You see client communication, follow-up, or customer success as someone else's job.
- You prefer delivering recommendations without taking responsibility for implementation.
- You cannot explain your workflow clearly or do not want to document it so others can use it.
- You want to manage quality without reviewing the work yourself.
We aim to raise our next funding round in the coming months, built on clear traction—not just a compelling story. Strong early signals are already there: paying customers, committed design partners, and a product creating value. The next step is to turn those signals into repeatable growth.
You will be central to that next chapter: delivering measurable client results, building relationships that last, and turning great work into a delivery system we can scale. Join now and help build the traction behind the raise, working directly with the founders—not watching from the sidelines.
- A senior role in a small team, with direct access to the founders.
- Room to shape how SEO and AI-search work is delivered as we expand.
- Ownership of both client outcomes and the processes that make good delivery repeatable.
- Remote-first, flexible working.
- Meaningful work in a field that is changing how people find information.
