Job summary

Visiblie is hiring a Senior SEO & GEO Lead to own how our clients appear in search and AI answers. This hands-on, client-facing role requires setting direction, ensuring work is published to a high standard, and translating data into actionable roadmaps.

You will lead delivery for B2B clients, collaborate with founders, and build scalable workflows and SOPs. Remote-first, with opportunities to shape the service as we grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience with hands-on technical and content work.
• Fluent, professional English with strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience directing writers or freelancers and giving feedback to improve work.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-moving startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO and GEO delivery for a portfolio of B2B clients from discovery to ongoing optimisation.
• Turn visibility data into clear priorities and practical roadmaps for each client.
• Own follow-through: recommendations become implemented work and published.
• Direct content production with briefs, editorial standards, and quality control.
