Job summary

Semactic is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to refresh our SaaS platform and make complex data clear and actionable for clients. You will assess the current interface and lead the redesign, while extending your work into product analytics.

Based in Belgium with telework flexibility or remote from a compatible European time zone, you will collaborate with the founders and the Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to shape the future of our AI-assisted design system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI experience in a startup environment, ideally in B2B SaaS, with agile ways of working.
• Portfolio with several concrete projects showing balance between visual polish, usability and product needs.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude Design and other AI tools in your design workflow.
• Experience designing data-rich interfaces such as dashboards or analytics tools.
• Ability to work closely with product and business teams, and confidently talk with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong business sense; knowledge of search marketing (SEO or GEO) is a plus.
• Very good level of English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and initiative.

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to refresh the user experience of our platform and make complex data clear and actionable for our clients.

• Scope: UX/UI design, product analytics, AI-assisted design
• Hybrid: flexible remote work arrangements, or a freelance mission of around 6 months
• Experience: at least 5 years in a startup or SaaS environment
• Languages: very good level of English required, French is a plus

Your role:

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will own the experience of our platform end to end. You will start by assessing our current interface and leading its refresh, then extend your work into product analytics to understand how users navigate the platform and where they hit friction. You will work closely with the founders and the Product, Sales and Customer Success teams.
