• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead the automation team of 17 people and coach development.
• Analyze KPIs (availability, reliability, performance) and drive improvements.
• Monitor performance and ensure availability via preventive and corrective actions.
• Develop a long-term asset plan for continuity and automation.
• Act as technical lead and project manager in CAPEX projects.
• Manage automation budgets, investments, costs, and priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders and translate info into concrete actions.
• Coordinate with operations, IT, facilities, etc., aligning priorities.
• Day shifts with flexibility as needed
