KLA's ICOS Vision Systems division in Leuven, Belgium seeks a Senior Algorithm Engineer to join the team that builds the Vision Engine, the core processing unit for all inspection tools. You will apply groundbreaking hardware and software techniques and help expand expertise in machine learning to improve customer solutions.

Your work involves crafting and developing software for new inspection challenges, collaborating with other software teams, supporting field engineers and APPS division, and

Qualifications

• Engineering or Computer Science degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in the field.
• Strong C/C++ programming experience with profiling and refactoring.
• Experience in Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiar with Bash and Python scripting.

Responsabilités

• Craft software for new inspection challenges based on customer requirements.
• Support colleagues with tools to work efficiently and improve the hybrid development environment.
• Collaborate with other software teams to validate new inspection flows in our machines.
• Assist field engineers and APPS division with the vision system workflow.
• Occasional travel to support customers and gain firsthand insights.
