Predikt is seeking a UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead design for enterprise‑grade B2B software. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering in a small, cross‑functional team, taking design from discovery through delivery.

The role emphasizes craft, realism in prototypes, and a practical use of AI to accelerate workflows. You will own end‑to‑end UX, from problem framing to handoff, and help evolve the design system while collaborating with a global, remote‑friendly team.

About the role

We are looking for a UX Designer with at least 5 years of experience to lead the design of complex, enterprise-grade B2B software. The challenge here is not visual polish alone. It is making sense of dense, real‑world workflows and turning them into clear, efficient interfaces that expert users trust and rely on.

You will join a small, cross‑functional product team and work closely with Product and Engineering to take design from discovery through delivery.

Because the team is small, design runs from the first user conversation to the point where Engineering has everything they need to build.

You will fit well if you are strong in the craft, comfortable with complexity, and work like a modern designer: evidence‑led, disciplined about delivery, and fluent in using AI as a practical working tool.

Responsibilities:

• Own UX design for complex product areas end-to-end, from discovery and problem framing through design, validation, and handoff to the Product team.

• Plan and run your own research and workshops with users and stakeholders, including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and card sorting, and turn what you learn into clear decisions.

• Design workflows, information architecture, user flows, and prototypes that hold up in critique and sign‑off, including edge cases and error states, not just the happy path.

• Work with the Design lead to take your own work from wireframe to high‑fidelity. You can produce build‑ready mock‑ups, consistent with the design system, covering the states Engineering will actually need.

• Work with the Design lead to build realistic prototypes using UI component libraries and front‑end code so they behave like the product rather than a static mockup.

• Work with Product to draft work items for the flows you design. You are closest to the intended behaviour, so you are comfortable writing a first version: the edge cases, the error states, what "done" means. The Product team reviews, refines, and owns it from there. You are not accountable for the backlog; you are accountable for your designs being unambiguous.

• Contribute to the design system defined by the Design lead, ensuring visual alignment and sign‑off.

• Use AI across your workflow to move faster, while taking ownership of and verifying every output that carries your name.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years designing complex B2B/enterprise SaaS products end-to-end, from validating problems through delivery — you run your own research (qual & quant) rather than just observing it, and can show how evidence shaped your design decisions.Strong craft across interaction design, IA, prototyping, and usability, matched by high‑fidelity UI work you produce yourself (not just flows handed onward) — you can work within an existing design language and specify behaviour, states, and edge cases clearly enough for engineers to build from.

• Comfortable working close to the front‑end: you use component libraries and production code to build realistic prototypes in tools like Figma, and go deep when needed (no engineering background required).

• AI‑fluent — you've integrated tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Copilot into your daily work and have good judgment on where AI helps, where it falls short, and how to verify its output.

• Strong ownership: you plan ahead, surface risks early, document decisions, keep work moving without being chased, and respond to feedback constructively and visibly.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Procurement environment.

• You have contributed to a design system that other teams actively used, and you understand how design tokens connect design and code.

• Experience writing User Stories or Acceptance Criteria in an Agile team.
