Predikt is building an AI-driven cost and margin intelligence platform. We are seeking a mid‑ to senior‑level engineer to own features end‑to‑end—from problem framing to implementation, testing and rollout. You’ll work with Python, FastAPI backend and Next.js/TypeScript/React frontend.

You’ll ship product capabilities, collaborate with product management and solution architect, and operate with autonomy. We value ownership, pragmatic engineering, clear communication and the ability to turn

Qualifications

• Strong software‑engineering fundamentals with production Python experience.
• Production experience with TypeScript and React to independently build frontend portions of substantial features.
• Evidence of owning a complex feature across backend and frontend boundaries.
• Ability to turn ambiguous domain requirements into a maintainable implementation with clear concepts and tradeoffs.
• Convincing data reasoning: understanding transformations and dependencies without being a data engineer.
• High ownership and autonomy with good judgment about alignment with product/architecture.

Responsabilités

• Forecasting and decision support: translate procurement requirements into feature behavior.
• End-to-end feature ownership spanning Python services and TypeScript/React interfaces.
• Product and solution shaping: understand tradeoffs and redefine problems before implementation.
• Pragmatic engineering improvement: balance long-term quality with delivery.
