In4Matic seeks an experienced UX Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences and evolve a design system across applications and websites. You will analyze needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into clear UI solutions while maintaining accessibility and consistency across teams.

Responsibilities include planning usability studies, designing low- and high-fidelity interfaces, collaborating with analysts/developers, and guiding usage of the design system. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

• Tracks record in delivering usable, accessible interfaces.
• Experience with maintaining and evolving design systems and component libraries.
• Strong ability to translate research into intuitive UI solutions.

Responsabilités

• Analyze user needs and business requirements to define UX approach.
• Plan and conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Support recruitment and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create low- and high-fidelity designs with a mobile-first mindset.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure feasibility.
• Maintain and evolve the design system keeping it consistent and accessible.
• Guide teams in the proper use of the design system and UX/UI standards.
• Ensure accessibility best practices in visual and interaction design.
• Maintain communication with clients and project teams throughout the assignment.
