In4Matic seeks two UX research and strategy consultants to define a reusable, cross‑functional UX framework for digital services used by a wide and diverse audience. The role focuses on building a structured approach to user research, evaluation, and guidance for internal business applications and public services.

The mission is conducted in French, with a hybrid work model and at least 50% on‑site presence.

Qualifications

• The ideal consultant is a seasoned UX researcher with strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn research insights into practical recommendations and working methodologies.
• Proven experience in UX research and user-centered design.
• Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with user interviews, focus groups, user testing, and research synthesis.
• Ability to create personas, user journeys, and actionable UX frameworks.
• Comfortable translating findings into concrete guidance, templates, and decision‑making tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility, inclusion, and Design Systems is a plus.
• Experience with agile ways of working is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Map the audiences using the organization’s digital services.
• Conduct user research through interviews, observations, surveys, and analysis.
• Identify user needs, usage patterns, and constraints.
• Build personas and user profiles from research findings.
• Define an assessment framework for UX support per project.
• Create a reusable UX toolkit with methods, guidance, and templates.
• Define a methodology for testing solutions and measuring UX.
• Support teams in integrating user research early in project framing.
• Contribute UX insights for evolution of the Design System.
