In4Matic is seeking an experienced UX Designer to shape intuitive digital experiences and continuously improve usability across applications and websites. A core focus is the ongoing maintenance and evolution of a design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and adoption across teams.

Strong UX design mindset with ability to translate research into interfaces.
Experience collaborating with analysts, developers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Analyse user needs and business requirements to define the most suitable UX approach.
Plan and conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
Support participant recruitment and help gather the insights needed to inform design decisions.
Create low- and high-fidelity interface designs, with a mobile-first mindset.
Collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure the final solution meets user expectations and environmental constraints.
Maintain and evolve the design system by keeping components, patterns, and guidelines consistent, accessible, and up to date.
Guide teams in the correct use of the design system and UX/UI standards.
Ensure visual and interaction design aligns with accessibility requirements and best practices.
Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and project teams throughout the assignment.
