In4Matic is seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer to join its web technology team. You will build and optimize enterprise‑level Sitecore solutions, driving performance, security and UX across complex platforms.

In this role, you will work in an Agile environment, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integrations and high availability for production systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Sitecore development experience.
• Experience with Sitecore 10 XP including containers, analytics and marketing forms.
• Proven track record in public transport and e-commerce environments.
• Experience with Sitecore migrations and upgrades with at least two successful implementations.
• Strong focus on performance, scalability and maintainable web architectures.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enhance sophisticated web platforms using Sitecore CMS.
• Deliver scalable, secure and user-centric web solutions aligned with requirements.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate applications and enable real-time data exchange.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality interfaces.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance for reliability and UX.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve issues.
• Adopt modern development practices and Sitecore innovations.
• Define and implement testing strategies for quality, stability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and address challenges proactively.
• Participate in on-call support rotation for production incidents.
