Materialise in Belgium seeks an experienced Enterprise Architecture Leader to define and evolve the architecture vision across multi‑BU environments. You will shape demand, maintain capability maps, and guide domain architects while aligning IT strategy with business goals.

You’ll establish guardrails, oversee solution evaluation, and drive an agile architecture program. Strong leadership and communication in English are essential to influence senior stakeholders and sustain long‑term value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise-level architecture leadership in complex multi‑BU environments.
• Strong skills in business capability modeling, road mapping, and portfolio alignment.
• Strong facilitation skills; able to translate goals into actionable guardrails.
• Proven people and team leadership with non-hierarchical influence and direct line management.
• Ability to influence senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAFe or LeSS and their architectural roles.
• Good professional English communication.

Responsabilités

• Define, own, and evolve the Enterprise Architecture vision, target state, and principles.
• Maintain capability maps and translate them into architectural direction.
• Establish guardrails to guide decision-making across teams.
• Align business and IT strategy with architecture evolution.
• Shape demand intake and portfolio prioritization from an architectural view.
• Maintain architecture runway to enable initiatives and agility.
• Ensure alignment between investments and target architecture.
• Advise on trade-offs between business value and technical sustainability.
• Guide and coach domain architects; ensure consistency across domains.
• Facilitate alignment across enterprise platforms and BU solutions.
• Ensure solution designs contribute to an integrated enterprise landscape.
• For selected domains, act as domain architect: roadmaps, standards, alignment.
• Govern standards and guardrails for interoperability, scalability, security.
• Ensure end-to-end alignment across central andBU systems.
• Embed non-functional requirements by design (performance, security, maintainability).
