Materialise Software is seeking a Product Manager – eCommerce to define the vision and drive the execution of digital solutions supporting our software business. You will translate business needs into clear product priorities, coordinate delivery with technical teams, and leverage data to continuously improve the customer journey.

You will work with teams across business, marketing, product, and technology to shape priorities, move initiatives forward, and deliver meaningful digital experiences

Qualifications

• Experience in digital product management or digital experiences.
• Ability to lead digital initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and software environments.
• Ability to align business goals with user needs and technical delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the roadmap for ecommerce initiatives.
• Translate marketing and business needs into product requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering to deliver the product roadmap.
• Drive delivery from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on customer journey design, conversion optimization, and digital improvements.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with marketing and commercial stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and guide data-informed decisions.
• Establish scalable processes and governance for digital delivery.
