Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Trial Delivery Leader to oversee clinical trial delivery, lead cross-functional teams, and manage end-to-end operational plans across multiple countries. The role emphasizes risk management, regulatory compliance, and quality oversight in a dynamic, global environment.

The position offers a remote working arrangement across EMEA with a strong emphasis on leadership, mentorship, and strategic program delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
Experience in and knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process.
Clinical research operational knowledge across Phase I–IV studies.
2-3 years of experience leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial.
Must possess excellent leadership, decision-making and financial management skills.
Experience mentoring/coaching others and operating in global, matrixed environments.
Travel up to 15–20% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead the Cross Functional Trial Team to influence and execute delivery of the operational plan and for end-to-end trial execution.
Accountable for overall trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality, and milestones.
Proactively ensure trial deliverables and milestones are met.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure trial operations comply with global regulations and internal procedures.
Mentor and onboard new team members; foster Credo behaviors.
Foster inspection readiness and collaborate with Quality assurance.
