You will lead the trial team, ensure inspection readiness, and drive continuous process improvements in collaboration with Delivery Operations and R&D Quality.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional trial teams and managing trial delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cross Functional Trial Team to deliver the operational plan.
• Ensure end-to-end trial delivery on time and within budget.
• Define protocol deviations and escalation pathways.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Maintain inspection readiness and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
