Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, Trial Delivery Leader to oversee global clinical trial delivery in the EMEA region. You will lead a cross-functional team to build and execute the trial operational plan, manage timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance and inspection readiness.

The role requires extensive experience in the pharmaceutical development process, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a matrixed, international environment. Travel of up to 15–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical development process across multiple phases (Phase I-IV).
• Clinical research operational knowledge across trials and ability to manage end-to-end execution.
• 2-3 years leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical and financial management skills.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision and in a matrixed global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cross Functional Trial Team to deliver the operational plan end-to-end.
• Manage trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality and milestones; support planning and scope.
• Identify risks, mitigation plans and escalation pathways; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure inspection readiness and collaboration with R&D Quality.
• Mentor and onboard new team members; drive Credo behaviors.
