Michael Page International (Belgium) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Transformation Office and drive strategic digital and business transformation initiatives. You will own projects from scoping to adoption, managing budgets, timelines, and KPIs while influencing senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree and 10+ years in project management, with a strong track record in large-scale change and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation or IT-driven change.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation projects from scoping and business case development to delivery and adoption.
• Define scope, requirements, objectives, budgets, timelines, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Own project outcomes, manage priorities, risks, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines with business value realization.
• Monitor performance with KPIs and report to senior management.
• Build relationships with sponsors and cross-functional teams; lead steering committees; influence stakeholders.
