EMW in Mons, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Learning Coordinator to support NATO Education and Training governance for the NCI Academy's commercial training portfolio. You will coordinate delivery, manage logistics, and handle administrative tasks within E-ITEP and TMS to ensure compliant, on-time execution.

The role requires NATO SECRET clearance, fluent English, and at least 3 years in education/training environments, with strong data management capabilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• NATO SECRET clearance valid at submission and during contract.
• Fluent in English; able to read/write technical documentation.
• Minimum 3 years in Education or Training facilities or NATO/international organization.
• Experience with scheduling and resource allocation in academic/training settings.
• Experience with enterprise systems (TMS, EBA, ERP) and data entry.
• Familiarity with E-ITEP or similar LMS; CCDs knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate commercial training with external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans based on customer requirements and NCI Academy policies.
• Process PRs, receipts, and work confirmations to support training activities.
• Manage logistics: room bookings, facility access, and supplier services.
• Address and resolve operational issues to minimize disruption during delivery.
• Maintain course data in E-ITEP and TMS with accuracy and timeliness.
