EMW is seeking an IT Transition and Assurance Manager to oversee portfolio, programme and project support, with focus on transition planning and service management. The role requires NATO Secret clearance, a related degree (or equivalent experience) and strong ability to communicate at senior levels.

The position is on-site in Belgium, with responsibilities spanning governance, planning and continuous improvement across multiple projects and programs.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2 years post-qualification experience, or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 2 years in Service Management within a medium-large organisation.
• Extensive Service Transition Management experience across multiple industries.
• Ability to report to senior levels with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio, programme and project support: assist project boards and assurance teams, and produce reports.
• Use portfolio, programme and project control tools for planning, scheduling and tracking.
• Set up project files and distribute reports and guidance on PM tools and processes.
• Contribute to capability improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for skills, tech or process enhancements.
• Assist in creating Service Transition strategy, plans and policies aligned with business objectives.
