Hunter International, Inc. is seeking an experienced training administration professional to operate within EBA and TMS environments, managing administrative, financial, and scheduling data for commercial training.

The role requires maintaining up-to-date TMS information, including pricing, seat allocations, and iteration details, and coordinating with financial and procurement focal points to process Purchase Requests, Receipts, and Work Confirmations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in education/training or NATO/international org training.
• Experience managing complex scheduling and resource allocation.
• Proficient with enterprise systems including data entry and financial processing.

Responsabilités

• Operate within EBA and TMS to manage admin, financial and scheduling data for commercial training.
• Maintain accurate TMS information: pricing, references, seat allocations, iteration details.
• Process and modify financial transactions in EBA (PRs, receipts, work confirmations) with procurement and finance.

Description du poste

• A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in an Education or Training facility or in the training department of a NATO command or international organization ;
• Experience managing complex scheduling and allocation of resources, preferably in an academic or training setting or similar environment ;
• Experience and proficiency with enterprise systems (e.g., TMS, EBA, ERP/financial tools), including data entry, record management, and basic financial processing) .

Duties/role:

• Operating within the EBA and Training Management System (TMS) environments to manage administrative, financial, and scheduling data for commercial training ;
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date TMS information, including pricing, PR and receipt references, seat allocations, and iteration details ;
• Processing and modifying financial transactions in EBA, including Purchase Requests, Receipts, and Work Confirmations, in coordination with relevant financial and procurement focal points .
