VECTOR SYNERGY is seeking a mid-level Education/Training administrator to manage administrative, financial, and scheduling data in a NATO/intl setting from its Mons, Belgium operations. The role emphasizes accurate data handling in TMS and EBA, with coordination on pricing, seat allocations, and transaction processing.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in education/training environments and proven ability to manage complex scheduling, resource allocation, and ERP/financial tool usage

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in an Education or Training facility or NATO/international organization.
• Experience managing complex scheduling and allocation of resources in academic/training settings.
• Experience with enterprise systems (TMS, EBA, ERP/financial tools), including data entry and basic financial processing.

Responsabilités

• Operate within EBA and TMS environments to manage administrative, financial, and scheduling data for commercial training.
• Maintain accurate TMS information, including pricing, references, seat allocations, and iteration details.
• Process and modify financial transactions in EBA (Purchase Requests, Receipts, Work Confirmations) with focal points.
