Novagraaf Belgium is seeking an Experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join its team in Ghent or Brussels. In this role, you will manage and develop client portfolios, providing essential administrative support across a broad range of trade mark matters.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in trade mark administration and paralegal work.
• Autonomous in preparing correspondence and documents for consultants.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage trade mark portfolios and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and file trade mark applications, renewals, and correspondence.
• Draft agreements and provide procedural support to consultants.

Connaissances
