Astek Belgium is seeking a Senior Testing Coordinator to lead cross-team testing in a complex digital transformation for industrial IoT. You will shape testing strategy, manage data, and ensure end-to-end coverage across backend, web, and mobile platforms.

The role requires hands-on testing leadership, strong collaboration with Product Owners and Tech Leads, and expertise in API testing, CI/CD, and device testing. Fluency in English and French or Dutch is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, including coordinating testing across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement test data management capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with synthetic test data, data seeding and versioned datasets.

Responsabilités

• Define and own overall testing strategy across multiple streams and teams.
• Establish test data governance, catalogues and versioning.
• Coordinate test data, environments and test lab for device testing.
