b.ignited is seeking a Senior Test Manager located in Belgium. This strategic role involves leading and shaping testing and quality strategies for clients, focusing on management, consultancy, and hands-on automation.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Responsibilities include developing test strategies, advising clients, and optimizing test processes. A competitive salary package along with flexible work arrangements is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Thorough knowledge of QA best practices, test methodologies, and test tools.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
• Fluent in Dutch and professional English.

Responsabilités

• Leading test teams and ensuring optimal resource planning.
• Developing and implementing test strategies and QA governance.
• Advising clients on test automation and quality requirements.
• Monitoring end-to-end quality across all layers of the stack.
• Coaching mid-level and junior testers in technical skills.
