Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced Test Coordinator to own the end-to-end testing lifecycle across complex IT projects within a multidisciplinary environment. You will lead test strategy, planning, execution and defect management, coordinating distributed teams and ensuring release readiness.

Requirements include 15+ years in software testing with at least 10 years in a leadership role, ISTQB Foundation certification, and hands-on experience with Playwright and ReadyAPI.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software testing with 10+ years as Test Coordinator/Lead/Manager.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification identified as required.
• Experience in public transport or similar complex planning environments.
• Hands-on testing with Playwright and ReadyAPI on projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full testing lifecycle from strategy to completion.
• Translate requirements and risks into test approaches.
• Oversee functional and non-functional testing, including test automation.
• Ensure resources, environments, data and tooling readiness.
• Lead distributed multidisciplinary testing teams and capacity planning.
• Provide concise reporting to stakeholders and manage defects.
• Establish testing strategies in Agile and Waterfall contexts.
• Contribute to release and change management processes.
