Job summary

In4Matic is seeking a Senior Penetration Testing Analyst to join our cybersecurity team and lead offensive security engagements across infrastructure, cloud, applications, mobile and embedded technologies. You will own penetration tests from scoping and rules of engagement through execution, reporting and remediation support.

This highly autonomous role requires breadth of expertise, strong English communication, and the ability to advise both technical teams and management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in offensive security with independent engagement leadership.
• Expert-level autonomy and ability to advise across teams and management.
• Broad experience across multiple offensive security domains.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French/Dutch valued.
• Higher education in CS/Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Offensive security certifications (OSCP/OSWE/OSEP/GPEN/GWAPT or IoT) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute black-box, grey-box and white-box tests across complex environments.
• Analyze architectures and data flows to identify assets and attack surfaces.
• Define engagement scope, objectives and rules of engagement.
• Assess IoT and embedded systems, firmware and hardware interfaces.
• Test cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP), IAM, networks, storage and CI/CD.
• Evaluate web, API and mobile security, including OWASP Top 10 and OAuth/SAML.
• Perform Windows/Linux/AD testing; exploit within engagement boundaries.
• Develop PoCs and scripts; produce comprehensive reports with executive summaries.
• Present findings to technical teams and management; mentor junior staff.
