In4Matic in Brussels is seeking an experienced IT Project Test Analyst to join our technology team. You will define, coordinate, and execute testing activities across complex IT projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while collaborating with project managers, business analysts, developers and stakeholders.

You will develop test strategies and ensure traceability, participate in functional, integration, system, regression and UAT tests, and contribute to test automation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Test Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar testing role within IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience creating test cases, test scripts, and defect management documentation.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios for IT projects.
• Analyse business and functional requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Support test automation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Produce clear testing documentation, reports, and quality metrics.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and business expectations.
