Brainbridge Technics seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead technically complex systems programs within regulated environments, driving initiatives from concept to delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, providing executive summaries to ExCo or Board-level audiences. Experience with VoIP, data communication, and safety-critical deployments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of project management experience delivering technically complex systems.
• Experience in safety-critical aviation or similar regulated environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of VoIP, radio systems, or DataComm.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of complex projects from concept to delivery.
• Oversee deployment and integration of technically sophisticated systems in safety-regulated environments.
• Manage stakeholders, providing clear reporting to ExCo/Board-level audiences.
• Lead or support public procurement processes, including drafting tender documentation and bid evaluation.
• Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring performance and budget control.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost efficiency.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions (VoIP, radio, DataComm).
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring regulatory and governance compliance.
