Skillbase Group Ltd is seeking an IT Project Manager with a strong background in telecom transformation to lead a strategic Customer Care transformation programme. The role focuses on modernising legacy contact centre platforms into a next-generation digital and AI-enabled solution.

You will coordinate complex IT delivery across business, IT, and external partners, manage governance, assess risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in IT Project or Programme Management.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects within the telecom industry.
• Strong understanding of Telecom BSS environments.
• Previous technical experience with knowledge of system integration, APIs, connectivity and security.
• Experience managing multiple delivery partners, including offshore teams.
• Previous experience leading RFP/RFQ processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadership.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
