Job summary

Editx in Belgium is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to evaluate backend and endpoint infrastructure, define upgrades, and expansion proposals.

You will perform feasibility studies, design architectures for end-user devices, implement upgrades, provide ITIL-based support, and advise stakeholders on technical possibilities within the current stack.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate backend and endpoint infrastructure to define upgrades, changes, and expansion proposals.
• Perform feasibility studies and evaluate hardware and software solutions to meet infrastructure needs.
• Develop technical designs aligned with specific architecture requirements for end-user devices.
• Implement hardware and software upgrades to support new projects and enhance existing systems.
• Provide high-level support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure following ITIL methodologies.
• Advise stakeholders on technical possibilities and limitations within the existing technology stack.
• Collaborate on improving procedures and workflows within the department and specific projects.
