BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Strategy & Transformation Team to guide transformation journeys for utilities clients. You will analyze processes, design strategic solutions, and lead workshops to drive efficiency and customer-centric change.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and close client interaction. You will work across engagements, developing your skills in PMI/Prince2, Lean/Agile, and data analytics while supporting business case development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
- 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the energy sector.
- Strong command of English, Dutch and French.
Responsabilités
- Guide clients through transformation journeys with tailored solutions.
- Facilitate transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and customer focus.
- Lead discussions and define communication plans for change management.
- Conduct business analysis and workshops to improve customer experience and digital readiness.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into requirements and ensure deliverable quality.
