Progressive / SThree Group seeks a Senior Technical Construction Manager for a major infrastructure project in Belgium. You will lead preparation and execution teams, drive planning, budget control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to deliver critical objectives in Antwerp.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Civil/Construction/Industrial Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and fluent Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• 10-15+ years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project environments.
• Fluent Dutch speaker.
