EOLIS GROUP is seeking a Senior Strategic Communications Consultant for a Brussels-area project, hybrid (50% on-site). The role supports complex transformation with advisory, stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. ASAP start, until end December 2026, full-time commitment in a large international environment.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution, 10+ years in strategic communications, and fluency in Dutch or French plus professional English.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in strategic communications, corporate communications or related fields.
• Proven experience with large-scale communication, transformation or change programmes.
• Ability to think across organisational functions and influence senior stakeholders without hierarchical authority.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch or French, and good professional English.

Responsabilités

• Advise senior business stakeholders on complex communication challenges and translate objectives into integrated strategies.
• Develop communication frameworks, messages, audience and channel strategies, and activation plans.
• Lead and coordinate large-scale communication, change and transformation programmes.
• Ensure alignment with broader business and transformation objectives across multiple stakeholders.
• Own communication projects from strategy through to implementation and delivery.
