A leading SaaS company in broadcasting is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to connect technology with the real needs of production teams. This role involves leading product demonstrations, providing on-site support, and advising clients during the sales process. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in live studio environments and broadcasting automation, as well as solid communication skills. Frequent travel primarily across the US is required. Qualifications

• Experience in news studios or control rooms with understanding of live broadcasting.
• Previous role as a technical director or live operator.
• Familiarity with automation systems and workflows.
• Strong communicator for technical and editorial audiences.
• Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%) mainly in the US.

Responsabilités

• Lead live and virtual demonstrations of products.
• Provide on-site support during installations and demos.
• Advise prospects on technical workflows during sales.
• Define solution diagrams and project milestones.
• Relay feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Prepare project documentation and training sessions.
