Job summary

NISH Tech BV is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead technology transformation for a major European energy and electricity infrastructure organization. You will design and adapt technical solutions, ensure alignment across stakeholders, architecture teams and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in application and integration architecture, with knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, microservices and event-driven architecture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant Solution Architecture experience.
• Experience in complex IT environments.
• Strong application architecture knowledge.
• Strong integration architecture knowledge.
• Experience analysing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate and ATAM.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

You will design and adapt technical solutions that address business challenges while contributing to the modernization of application landscapes. The role involves analysing functional and non-functional requirements, defining solution building blocks, developing architecture designs and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, architecture teams and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in application and integration architecture and understands modern architectural approaches including Domain-Driven Design, microservices and event-driven architecture. You will also contribute to architecture governance and decision-making while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

• Knowledge of architecture standards and frameworks such as:

• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Practical knowledge of modern architectural paradigms.
• Experience with microservices and/or event-driven architecture.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Strong stakeholder-management capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• GIS solutions, particularly ArcGIS.
