You will lead service design activities, run user research, facilitate workshops, build journeys, and prototype concepts that empower teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Design, Service Design, CX, UX Strategy, or Innovation Consulting.
• Experience with Design Thinking and service design methodologies.
• Strong experience in customer research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
• Ability to develop business cases and evaluate business value.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical, creative, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope and align with stakeholders.
• Conduct customer research and analyze insights.
• Create customer journeys, service blueprints, personas, and value propositions.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions.
