Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Design, Service Design, CX, UX Strategy, or Innovation Consulting.
• Experience with Design Thinking and service design methodologies.
• Strong experience in customer research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
• Ability to develop business cases and evaluate business value.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical, creative, and customer-focused mindset.
