Eolis is seeking Business & Service Designers to translate customer needs and business objectives into valuable and feasible services across diverse industries such as banking, mobility and public services. The role offers engagement on strategic challenges, end-to-end service design, and practical UX activities within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Design, Service Design, UX/CX Strategy or Innovation Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, Double Diamond and/or Service Design methodologies.
• Proven experience with customer research, customer journeys, service blueprints, concepts and prototypes.
• Able to connect customer needs with business objectives and operational reality.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and aligning multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; professional Dutch and/or French is a strong asset.
• Experience in complex, multidisciplinary environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate customer needs, business objectives and operational challenges into clear design opportunities
• Conduct or support customer research and translate insights into customer journeys, opportunities and service concepts
• Define value propositions, business models, concepts and strategic roadmaps based on customer and business needs
• Design end-to-end customer journeys, service blueprints, value propositions and prototypes
• Lead or support a design track from research and problem definition through concept validation and MVP definition
• Assess customer value, business viability, technical feasibility and operational impact of proposed solutions
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with customers, business, IT, product and operational stakeholders
• Translate validated concepts into roadmaps, requirements or clear handovers for Product, UX/UI and delivery teams
