ERGO Insurance Belgium seeks an experienced Service Delivery Manager Infrastructure, Operations & Service Management to ensure high-quality outsourced IT services. You will act as the primary operational link between ERGO Belgium and external providers, coordinating governance, performance, and improvements across the IT landscape.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, regulatory compliance (Belgian frameworks), and alignment with Group standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management or vendor management.
• Fluent English with Dutch and/or French as an advantage.
• Experience with outsourced, offshore, or nearshore service providers.
• Strong governance, compliance, and service management knowledge, incl. Belgian regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to prioritize and deliver against commitments.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and SLA-driven service delivery.
• Experience in an international or group environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee performance, governance, and evolution of infrastructure and operational IT services.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external providers to meet contractual commitments and regulatory requirements.
• Lead service review meetings and drive improvement initiatives.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support contract optimization and supplier management policies.
• Promote ITIL best practices across incidents, problems, changes, releases, and service design.
