Cognizant Belgium is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead a project team delivering ITIL-based services for IT/OT applications in Belgium. You will act as the single point of contact for Cognizant and the client, ensuring governance, KPI and SLA adherence, and coordinating across regions.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in Life Sciences manufacturing IT/OT, and fluency in French and English. You will collaborate with offshore teams and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project/Program Management in Life Sciences Manufacturing (IT-OT).
• Experience in Managed Service as Delivery Manager in LS Manufacturing.
• Experience with ITIL (also for Automation-OT).
• Experience with Automation-OT-IT (DCS, PLCs, Historian, MES, OT-Network Services, Labs, etc) in LS Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of GxP, GAMP5, CSV, CQV.
• Excellent leadership skills and team/s management.
• Strong management and solution of team problems, processes issues and customers escalations.
• French Speaker with excellent command in English

Responsabilités

• Overall responsibility for team/s and technical activities across all engagements.
• Understand and contribute to Cognizant’s vision, goals and strategy.
• Maintain and improve the high service level of the current project.
• Define program plan, execute, monitor and control it.
• Plan and bring MS support team (on and offshore) into operations
• Setup communication plan and reporting model
• Manage MS processes and lead MS team
• Manage customer’s stakeholders relationship and escalations
• Report to Cognizant’s leadership team
• Support the team staffing and prepare for incremental scope
