Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator to oversee operational service delivery for large-scale IT services across national and European scopes. You will manage incidents, changes and capacity while driving continuous service improvement.

This role requires extensive IT operations experience, ITIL know-how, and strong leadership to coordinate multiple providers and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations or service delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale, critical IT services.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational service delivery and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead service management activities including incident, problem, change and capacity management.
• Organize service reviews and performance reporting.
• Chair operational bridges and coordinate recovery activities.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous service improvements.
• Manage dependencies between multiple service providers and technical teams.
• Ensure service documentation and CMDB accuracy.

Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, critical IT services.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working within ITIL-based environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
