Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Application and Software Developer to design, develop and maintain enterprise software for large-scale European digital services. You will implement new functionalities, enable system integrations, and contribute to reusable components within an Agile team.

The role requires leadership in code reviews, testing, and documentation, along with mentoring junior developers and shaping best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience, including at least 5 years in software development.
• Strong experience with modern software engineering practices.
• Experience in Agile development teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
