ARHS Group is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator to manage large-scale IT services for a European agency. You will coordinate operational service delivery, ensure SLA compliance, lead incident, problem, change and capacity management, and organize service reviews.

You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvements, and align dependencies across providers and technical teams, ensuring up-to-date documentation (CMDB) and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, critical IT services.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working within ITIL-based environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities
