ARHS Developments Belgium is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator to support a European agency operating large-scale digital services. You will coordinate service delivery and ensure SLA compliance across multiple providers, driving governance and performance reviews.

You will lead ITIL-based service management, chair operational bridges, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive improvements and maintain CMDB accuracy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT operations or service delivery experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, critical IT services.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working within ITIL-based environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

• Coordinate operational service delivery and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead service management activities including incident, problem, change and capacity management.
• Organize service reviews and performance reporting.
• Chair operational bridges and coordinate recovery activities.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, critical IT services.
