Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator to oversee large-scale IT services for a European agency.

You will coordinate service delivery, lead ITIL-based processes, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across technical and business domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, critical IT services.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working within ITIL-based environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational service delivery and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead service management activities including incident, problem, change and capacity management.
• Organize service reviews and performance reporting.
• Chair operational bridges and coordinate recovery activities.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous service improvements.
• Manage dependencies between multiple service providers and technical teams.
