Job summary

team.blue is seeking an Organic Search Specialist to join the Marketing Center of Excellence on a temporary contractor assignment. You will own SEO/GEO for the BE market, support SEO/GEO for our NL brands, and contribute to broader Organic Search projects run by the CoE across brands and markets.

Collaborate with local and cross-brand teams, produce technical audits and recommendations, and execute initiatives that increase visibility, traffic and conversions from SEO and AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong working knowledge across technical, content, and outreach SEO.
• GEO/LLM optimization experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch/Flemish; an additional European language is a plus.
• Proven track record in a similar SEO role.
• Hands-on experience with Semrush / Semrush Enterprise.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-brand teams.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to back decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Support performance and ramp-up of GEO.
• Define and coordinate the SEO roadmap for the BE market.
• Support NL senior specialist with SEO/GEO optimization for NL market.
• Produce technical audits and recommendations for crawl/indexing improvements.
• Execute initiatives to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions from SEO and LLMs.
• Stay current with Organic Search industry developments and translate them into projects.
• Act as part of the central organic search team and share learnings.
